You are getting better and better with portraits - even if it's overexposed and changed - it still has this very special mood - it's hard to capture face with "character" but you managed to do this - and well.

Hello darkness, my old friend, I have come to talk with you again...
Hey there! Its Jess, from club DV8, you probably won't remember though lol.
Wow, I really like the exposure in this shot, as well as the colour use, but mostly I just love the eyes, they really draw you in. Its a good stand-out shot that would work pretty well on a front cover or something. Good work, you've got a nice gallery going here, keep it up
As for good places for shots in Melbourne, it depends what your looking for. Grungy back alley graffiti is pretty good on Hosier Lane (CBD), or St Kilda has some nice stuff. Other places umm, our beaches are fairly good, Chapel St, theres a cemetary near Melbourne uni that is good for some shots, national parks, I quite like going to Hawkstowe park for my nature shots. But more than anything you just need to go out and experience Melbourne for yourself, see what inspires you personally. Hope that helped
hehe, i'm surprised you remembered my username!! Of course i remember you, i was sober after all
Thanks
I don't really have time to just wonder around and do location scouting which is annoying. Had i lived here for a few months before starting the course it would have made thing easier
Yeah well, I was sober myself remember? Sometimes my memory decides to be good... sometimes not so much hehe... To be honest, I first thought it was freakyhorror and then I remembered it was funky... sounds like I'm describing some weird disco horror movie now...
Thats a shame, well, I hope you find somewhere you like anyway, Melbourne's pretty diverse, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
Anywho, I better go start my drama assignment, I might see you this saturday, if i finsh my work on time hehe Byee
We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
